Award Travel App (the "Service") is operated by C6 Labs LLC ("we", "us"). The Service surfaces airline award-seat availability information — routes, dates, approximate mileage prices, and the loyalty programs that release them. We are not a travel agency and we do not sell, issue, or book flights. All bookings happen directly with the relevant airline or loyalty program, subject to their terms.
Award inventory changes constantly and can disappear between the time we detect it and the time you look. Information in the Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Mileage prices, taxes, seat counts, and availability are estimates based on the most recent data available to us and may be stale or wrong. Always confirm price and availability with the airline before transferring points — point transfers are generally irreversible, and we are not responsible for points transferred on the basis of information shown in the Service.
Some features require an account, created with your email address via a one-time sign-in code. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, which removes your account data from our systems.
You may not scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute data from the Service; probe or overload our systems; or use the Service to build a competing dataset. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C6 Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including missed award space, changed prices, cancelled flights, or points transferred to a program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
